I have it, and I use one a week as an add on workout. I can't do that much high impact on a regular basis with my knees! However, I love all Firm workouts and these are no different. Plus, I would never be able to complete any rotation, I just get too bored doing the same things all the time. I probably have 75 or more different Firm workouts, as well as Tracie Long, Fitprime, and Steph Huckabee. I just do whatever looks fun that day!
