The Firm Express
I went ahead and got The Firm Express instead of TF. I'll get TF later as a treat when I reach my next milestone.
The FE is awesome. Short 20 min workouts, and they are HIIT. They are learning a routine at a moderate intensity, then 8/12 splits (8 secs high ints/12 secs recovery) four times of the routine you just learned, then you learn another routine at moderate, then do the 8/12 sec HIIT of that routine, then another routine. Time flew by and the workout has me burning more calories that ever.
I really loved it!
