Smile Quick question

How do you count the Leslie Sanone dvds. Do you consider them walking at 4 mph or do you consider them cardio or what? Currently i am tracking them as walking but i am not sure if that is the correct thing to do.
Any advise would be appreciated.Thanks!

I use a pedometer. Her miles always run me a little short - by about 60-80%. (Out of the 2 miles, I really only get about 1 1/2 according to my step count.)

personally I count them as cardio cause i can get quite puffed (especially on the longer ones) whereas walking to me seems more of a leisurely pace that gets the heart rate up a bit.
