Thanks for the kind words, guys! I have definitely been working my butt off. The scale has been slow to move, but there is definitely proof in the pictures

I got very bored very quickly with Power 90, so I started doing the Lean P90X program. I just did Cardio X this morning, and it wasn't bad at all! It was definitely longer than the Shred or Power 90, but it went by very quickly.
How is everyone doing? It seems like things are dying down on our threads and I would hate to lose touch with all of you!!
