holy crap hdallas! your results are amazing! part of me wishes i'd taken before shots, but the other part of me is glad i didn't since i dind't have the kind of numbers you did

Thanks for the kind words, guys! I have definitely been working my butt off. The scale has been slow to move, but there is definitely proof in the pictures I got very bored very quickly with Power 90, so I started doing the Lean P90X program. I just did Cardio X this morning, and it wasn't bad at all! It was definitely longer than the Shred or Power 90, but it went by very quickly.

How is everyone doing? It seems like things are dying down on our threads and I would hate to lose touch with all of you!!

Hey ladies, just checking in to see how everyones doing? ive completely given up the dvds, i really rather walking/jogging and find it a lot easier to make myself do then anything else, only problem is im not doing any strength training which i really have to start doing again.

anyway, today is the absolute best day of my diet so far, i weighed myself this morning to see 187.2 on the scale - not my goal of 187 but definitely close enough haha that means i have now exited the obese category CANNOT BELIEVE IT
