Yeah,m I think you can definitely handle both. I'm certainly not in any great shape, but I still find Power 90 obscenely easy. It actually makes me really wonder if it's going to work or not...

your welcome amy i agree with hickory i think youll be able to do it. all depends on how you feel tho dont want you hurting urself my partner started it 2days ago and he finds it really hard so it all depends on how u feel hickory im finding it abit to easy but i thought id stick it out an see how it goes when i get to the 2nd round as its ment to be harder, i also feel that if i did 2 hardcore work outs on the same day i would burn out faster an end up hurting myself.. so i guess something less challenging added with something harder i would benifit better

I just finished Day 12 (Sculpt). I've completely stopped doing the Sweat days. Those are a waste of time, IMO. They are WAAAAAAAAY too easy. So, now I just do the Ab Ripper after Zumba on those days.

hiya though u had forgotten about me lol.. ive stoped doing p90 now as the same as u it does nothing for me, ive replaced it with loads of cardio and toning dvds, but my partner has started to use the p90 now as he finds it hard so its getting some use lol. hope everything is going well x

I'm starting P90 tomorrow. I'm hoping that it will be enough of a workout for me. The 2 of you weigh much less than I do, so I'm hoping it will be. If I have any questions about it, I'll know where to come to.
