did fire 55 ez for the first time tonight...burned a little over 500 calories, and I wasn't even going all out..I had to keep taking a breather and getting water...so pretty good! hopefully my HR monitor is being accurate.

Tonight I started with P90X Chest & Back and then did TurboFire HIIT 15 just to finish it off and really burn calories after his 50 minute upper body killer!

I think I'm going to be sore tomorrow :)

Well end of week 1. I did the program every day! Watched what food I ate and I managed to loose a few pounds and lost about 1/4 inch in many places. Talk about motivation!
Today is my day off- I ended up not following the day off from the program but it worked better this way for my schedule.
This week I have noticed that I feel more flexable and each time I do the program I can see small improvements in my ability to do it. I am not a
t the point yet to do the high impact but I am good where I am at this moment!

This is my second week of turbo fire...today i did HIIT 15 and Sculpt 30...i am soooooooo sore. But I love this program...I actually look forward to doing it.

highcidity- I am also on my second week. I am on day 2 so did the HIIT 20. I also have started adding pilates so did that also today. I am actually looking forward the TF myself, which is a bit amazing to me since I don't normally lok forward to many of the programs I have.

I also just do the low impact. I am hoping that by the end of the 12 weeks, I can do more of the high impact.

OMG! I just did the Fire 60 for the first time... I did the whole thing full blast but man I was worn out and light headed after haha! I think I need to start doing that one at the beginning of the week before all my other workouts have me worn!

Great great workout though!!!! Keep going ladies!!!!

I did Fire45 EZ today and I was getting really tired towards the end. And Chalene was just being her usual silly, lovable self and then I just started to laugh and when I realized, I've got my energy all filled up and I was ready to go (or as she says, I'd just got my second win) :)

After almost 60 days of Turbo Fire, I've lost 2 pounds and 3.5 inches. In total, I have lost 46 pounds since January (with Turbo Jam, ChaLean Extreme and Turbo Fire) and lost a total of 30 inches. :) I'm on my last 5 pounds and I know these will be hard to melt. :)

I'm still doing it...along with CLX. When I'm not sure what workouts to do, Chalene is my go to workouts. Sometimes I do Jillian Michaels, The Firm and other workouts...

I am still doing TF also :) Been so busy with moving, but I've been mixing TurboFire & P90X together and it is the best combo ever :) I've lost about 3 lbs this week and hopefully will be at my goal before November 20th when I go on vacation.

Yay, the thread's alive lol! I just started Turbo Fire (prep schedule) on Oct 14, and I LOVE IT! I wish I would've started it sooner, I lost 3 lbs my first week! Great workout and the music could not be BETTER!

I'm still doing Turbo Fire. I think I have 2 weeks left of the rotation. I'm not sure what I'm going to do next. Maybe I will start it all over. I think I am going to do the 5 day Inferno Workout Plan the week of Thanksgiving.

That sounds like a great plan with the Inferno around the holidays, I tend to gain weight QUICKLY around Thanksgiving.

I just started Turbo fire today with the fire30 .....boy was that a workout! And it felt like a workout, and not just movement to burn calories. I'm all sweaty and tired and huffy and gross and feeling great :D
