@ niecey, yea it's nice to have a workout buddy and it made me feel good that even though he doesn't need to lose any weight he was still struggling to make it through...:)
ok time to get it in with day 2...btw i felt fine this morning and as the day went on i felt like i got more sore...alright bring it on jillian here comes the pain :)

Hi Ladies!

I've been struggling with getting out of the 170's lately, tried running but my knee's aren't liking the pounding. So I decided to get back to my JM DVD's. Doing 30DS with a 4day weight training cycle(week days) and 3 days of adding in her other dvd's(fridays-Sun).

Today is day 6 of level one, plus I'm doing Maximize Full Frontal from the Biggest Winner series then it's on to Yoga Meltdown.

HOPEFULLYthis will help get the scale moving again.

ok did the shred last night and surprisingly it wasn't as bad as i thought...i felt strong and did a little more than i did the other night...I'm glad to say tonight will be day 3, I don't know why but I like counting the days I can't wait to be able to say it's been 10 days and move to the next level...I can't believe I'm excited about this...lol :)

OK, I'm assuming there's a June thread of this starting up soon, but just thought I'd pop in and see what it's all about. I've been using the shred off and on over my weight loss (about a year and a half) I've just put a couple of kilos back on lately through being lazy and eating too much, and I'm heading off overseas on the 5th July, so thought now would be as good a time as any to do an actual 30 days of the shred. So, starting tomorrow, I will be in here every day posting. I better be, anyway!

So I did my Level 1 Day 3 workout yesterday and it was really late...I had spent the whole day doing homework and I wanted to go to bed....but this little voice kept saying to me "It's only 20 minutes!!" So I jumped up worked it out and slept like a baby afterwards :) It's still hard but I don't feel like I'm dying so I must be getting better :P...on to day 4!! Quick question; how many workouts until you noticed a difference?

So I've tried starting the 30 day shred program MANY times and have never been past day 3. I really need to get my butt in gear!!

Going to start the program again tonight..Day 1 will start in a little while after I digest dinner. I hope I can stay on this program and see results!!

I'm doing mine M-W-F and am on L1D7(two weeks into it) and as of this morning I've lost 2 inches on my hips/stomach, about 1 inch off my bust and about 1/2 inch off my thighs...

Is anyone else on level 3, but still lacking in the 6-pack abs? I get annoyed at her when she says that I should have them by now...

Am I ever glad to find this...

I am new here and have been doing Jillian's 30 Day Shred for 3 weeks now.. I am actually on level 3, didn't stick long with level 1 or 2 as I have done them before and wanted more of a challenge, and boy do you get a challenge in level 3.

So Happy to have others to talk with and help with motivation on this journey. Thanks for having me and Good Luck to everyone.

i haven't posted here in a while, but am proud to announce I completed L3D10 today!!! I didnt do the WO every day, but overall, took 40days to get my 30days of WO in!! I followed each level for 10 days and then moved on! L1 was probably my favorite, followed by L3, but I absolutely HATED L2!! LoL

My overall results aren't what I was expecting, but they're something. I only lost 3lbs, but 7.75 total inches!! Biggest decrease was my waist (-3.5")! I can defintely tell in my pants because they're all WAY MORE LOOSE than when I started!!! I'm sad the scale didn't move much, BUUUT, I had read reviews where alot of ppl didn't lose much weight, but their measurements decreased more...

Over the last 40 days, I've mainly concentrated on completing 30DS, and only did another form of exercise when I took a day off (and not every "rest" day from 30DS, did I do something else! LoL)...so now, my plan for June is to add atleast 45min of cardio 3x/week PLUS do 30DS 3x/wk (1 day at each level)...

Woohoo, congrats Krista! That's a lot of inches! :D

So it looks like my first day of Level 3 is going to be during our trip to NYC next week. Does anyone know how much floor-pounding Level 3 has? Level 1 wasn't too bad, but 2 is very "jumpy". :)
