I recommend Jeff Costa's Cardio Striptease Workouts Volume 1 & 2. They are energetic, fun, and will raise your heart rate. Jeff Costa's Cardio Striptease workouts vol 1 & 2 are about 30-35 minutes each and include warmup, cardio workouts, and cooldown. He also has a 15 minute Sexy Abs workout and a Fantasy workout that teaches a sexy dance routine.
You can find Vol 2 used on Amazon for $10, but the best deal is Jeff Costa's Cardio Striptease Workouts 4-disc DVD Box Set, which includes Vol 1 & 2, Sexy Abs, and the Fantasy Workout.
