I'm relatively new to this forum. So I don't know if this has been discussed or not. I have found a "new for me " web site that has TONS of exercise videos. It is called College Video . I get a mailer now that has the videos divided into catagories such as Speciality workouts, muscle toning, aerobics, stretching ect.... It also lists if it is beginner, intermediate and advanced. In addition it tells you how long each activity in the video last such as the warm up and cool down. I also believe if you go to the web site some of the videos you can watch the preview of to see what it is like.
