I just received Leslie's new Walk Slim DVDs and I just love them. It looks like from the posts there are several WATP people here, so I thought I'd tell you how much fun the new set is. There are 4 dvds. I have only done the 3 fast miles and the 4 fast miles, but I love them. The other workouts are a 1 mile and a 2 mile walk and a firming workout that you use a resistance band with.
The music's really upbeat and the energy's high in the room, so it's really alot of fun. I just wanted to let everyone know that these were available. You might want to check out her website and see for yourself
She says you can burn off the calories of a meal a day if you do the 3 or the 4 mile workouts.
