hope you don't mind if i jump in too. i did day 1 (SIU) today and it went pretty good. the hardest for me in my shoulders starting to ache. i've never been one to build muscle there though so hopefully this will help. tomorrow i'll probably do another day of SIU and then move on to RIU.

Hi everyone. I'm not doing too bad. I sprained my ankle so I'm out of it for just a little while. I've been keeping up with my diet so I don't lose my focus. I can't wiat to get back to working out. I never thought I'd say that. But i'm proud of myself for going this far. Keep in touch...And everybody keep up the good work.

Well I am still here for those of us still moving! I am going to move to Ramp it Up tomorrow...I'm kind of excited! I've been ill this week so I did Start it Up for three days and have been pleasantly surprised with the tightness/soreness in my thighs and abs the past couple of days. As instructed, I've been trying to slowly increase the intensity every day to keep from burning out. Tomorrow I think I'll do the Slim & Limber or Slim & Six Pack too.

How many of us are left here? Roll call! If you're still with us, please post so we know!

i did my first RIU yesterday after 2 days of SIU. i didn't do anything today though since i am so sore from the workout yesterday as well as painting my bathroom ceiling and some sky lights (up and down the ladder).

though i must say that RIU yesterday wasn't too difficult for me. i guess i have gotten stronger since that last time i did those videos. i may have to move on to BIU faster that i was expecting.

Has any one tried the 6 day jump start diet plan 3?
If so, what do you think.

Hi!

I got the dvds though a dvd swap so I don't have the 6-day jumpstart diets - what's plan 3 like?

Personally, I'm following the Hamptons Diet and while I haven't seen a lot of weight loss yet, I can feel my pants are lose so I consider that a sign that I should keep going

Hi there!

I bought my SI6 from ebay and have just done SIU 1 day.....Oh My!! I have done quite a few different workouts and nothing has worked my arms so hard!!! It burned like crazy!

I have a question....Can anyone share the 6 day express plan with me??? Getting it from ebay, it did not come with the extras, so all I have are the DVD's. I would be forever grateful to anyone who can share!
Thanks!!

Plan 3 is a diet that body builders use. For breakfast you eat egg whites, or a protein shake. Snack shake. Lunch is 4 oz of meat with greens. Dinner is 3-4 oz of meat with greens.

I guess it's like atkins.

so i have been thinking about getting slim in six.
most of the negative things i have read about it are that its just water weight you lose and you dont keep it off. i know that this thread was started a while ago. are there any of you that have been using it for a while now? does it keep the weight off? is it worth getting?

This is actually my first post on here and let me say that reading these forum posts actually helped me decide to order SI6. Personally, I am very skeptical about these workout tapes and diets and have been playing sports and working out basically my entire life. But I've been stuck in the spot that I am in for the past four years so obviously I need a little help....

Taking what I can from what I've been reading is that this... actually works. I am more than accustomed to pushing my body so I'm actually pretty excited about something that will help me do that all while allowing me to do everything correctly.
