Hi all, DS2 and I took the 2 doggies for a 1.5 mile walk after work. It was gorgeous out and snow is predicted starting tomorrow. Oh YUCK!!! But today it was in the sixties and sunny.

3 miles of Walk Slim plus 10 minutes (.55 mile) on the treadmill this morning!

The banquet was nice and I think I did OK (except for the Scotcheroo). No big change on the scale this morning, but at least I didn't GAIN!

Not gaining is always a victory Michele.

I did the usual 2 mile WATP and .5 mile jogging and .5 mile walking on the treadmill. Today's treadmill jogging was a little harder than yesterday's in parts but luckily the audiobook diverts my attention.

I'm up to 63 miles for april so far. I don't see the 120 mile mark, but that's okay by me. I wouldn't want to be obsessed. Like I'm not already...

Marie that is great 63 miles already I think you will make the 120 miles as for me not this month I am going to try and do 100 miles again this month I am having a hard time walking this month alot of things going on but one thing is for sure I am not giving up

okay I did the 4 mile walk slim this morning yesterday I did 3 and 4 mile walk slim plus 2 miles at the school track

I did the 2 mile express with the stretchie today. Didn't do it yesterday. Sunday afternoon I did the 1 mile express also. I just got a pedometer last night after work and brought it to work today. I got in more than 10000 steps just at work. I work at kmart. Granted it wasn't aerobic but hey I think its what kept me from gaining to quickly. And it helps for losing also.

I took a nap yesterday and it was really good.
But I did the three mile advanced with strechie this afternoon.
I won't see 120 either this month- only at 87 miles. The month end is really busy and I am trying different workout plan in the mornings. I am not sure that I will have any long stretches of naptime by DD2 that I can pile on the miles.

I did 2 miles on the treadmill this morning. 1.5 walking and .5 jogging. DH hooked up my DirecTv to my new TV and made it so the DVD didn't work. I didn't have time to fight with it this morning to do the WATP so I hopped back on the treadmill. Since I'm engrossed in an audiobook, I wasn't sad.

Yesterday I did 4 mile walk slim had a busy afternoon so that was it for the day getting ready for another 4 mile walk slim hoping to do the 3 mile walk slim this afternoon this month it just seems like alot to get done I am hoping to make 100 miles

Morning everyone. Yesterday I took the doggies our for a 1.5 mile walk so that made 3.5 miles. Today I did the 1 mile treadmill, 2 miles WATP and 1 mile WATP jogging. The S video cable had come lose from the TV so that was yesterday's problem solved.

I realized early this morning that I had forgotten to type up a quiz I was giving today, so I only had 20 minutes for a workout. It was 1.13 mile and I'm almost finished with my book! I doubt I'll have time for any more today as DD has a track meet in another town. It will probably be 9:00 before we get home. I'll do a longer workout tomorrow!
