I am ashamed to say that I have had this package since January 2005 and I have never, ever played a DVD out of it. How awful is that???? I was doing Cathe Friedrich for a year and half, had a hysterectomy in December 2004, received P90X in January 2005 and it took me months of recovery time so I had to start all over with exercising again to build up where I was before - and by then, I was too scaaaared to try it. I know, pretty sad. I was going to start this Janauary but ended up doing a 10 Day Detox, then I had to have a laproscopy in February, then I told myself after I get closer to my goal weight as I have 25 more pounds to go, - see where this is going, excuse after excuse . . . who knows when I'll try it. Please keep me posted - maybe you can be my inspiration on this one!!!!!! Can't wait to hear what you think.

freegeegrl Have you done power 90. power 90x is really tough. You should really start with power90 first.

If you don't like the X you should really think about sending it back.

Good luck Karen

I saw the ad yesterday and already decided it's not for me -- the moves look like it'll be tough on the joints, and it seems hard to maintain proper form doing it at that pace. As much as I would like the body of an athlete, I also do not want all the pulls, tears and otherwise muscle & joint damage athletes get.

It looks like a really tough program

I'm not in the right shape for it right now and I also got the impression it's requires a time investment, too... however it does look like a fantastic program and I think if you can get through that it will definitely change your body! But I agree you shopuld probably start with Power 90.
