Leaving after work today to head "home" to Missouri for a week. I'm visiting family & friends & attending not one but two weddings. I know my eating & exercise will not be stellar, and my goal is to not let myself get stressed out about it. I refuse to spend the entire week feeling guilty that I haven't run, or that I ate pizza and drank beer, rather than enjoying my time with people I love and hardly ever get to see! I will not weigh myself, I will not guilt myself, I will not stress myself out trying to guesstimate values for restaurant food or my mom's home cooking so that I can plug it into Fitday and then feel bad about my "failures". This week, I will simply do my best to eat "intuitively" and to keep moving, within the context of my trip.
