Can you pinpoint any bad eating habits? Do you drink lattes, late night eater, stress eater? You might just have to cut back a little on what you`re eating and get a little more exercise. Tell us more about yourself.

I am 35 and I think its just age catching up with me. I always just ate what ever I wanted and might gain a little but then it would just fall off again. I had been on thyroid medication and that put about 15 pounds on. So I was done taking that.

TOM is evil I gained 5lbs on my current TOM. It's coming off again. Remember that good food is the best way to go but look for hidden fat/calories/excessive carbs and portion control is 1/2 the game. You can do it!

You also might want to try keeping a food log for a few days to see exactly what you are eating. Sometimes we just don`t realize what we are eating and in my case I think that the one sweet I was eating a day was putting on the extra pounds.

Journaling what I eat is what puts me on the straight and narrow... I use Fitday.com, it's free and fun to use. I also discovered that if I drink wine and even if I stay within my calorie range I gain weight... Dang I used to love that evening glass of wine ...

900 calories is really really low, I'd be knawing my arm off with so little food. Plus you may be setting yourself up for cravings and be so hungry that you will eat everything in sight after a few weeks of eating so little calories. You are also slowing down your metabolism and when you plateau, and you will , you won't be able to reduce your calorie intake because you'll already be so low. My suggestion would be to up your calories gradually to at least 1200 to 1400 cals/day minimum and see where that takes you. Everyone is different when it comes to their calorie range so you have to experiment...

You can also post your fitday account under your avatar if you go to your User CP and put in your account name... and we can scrutinize and analize it ...

Hope this helps and keep us posted on your progress....
