Hello! It's not even December yet, and I already feel like a hamster on a wheel. We had a really nice Thanksgiving at my mom's (other than the fact that my brother and godson couldn't be there). Then we spent Friday with my husbands family and then the rest of the weekend was spent decorating. I'm getting close, but I'm not done quite yet and now I have my mom wanting me to help her with her second tree.

I never mind helping my mom, but after putting up four trees of my own, it just doesn't sound like much fun. But I'll get there and things will look beautiful and the payoff will come when we can sit and relax and enjoy the decorations, and I really love that! I've had an awful weekend as far as eating all kinds of goodies (who didn't do that this past weekend?) and no exercise, but as of Monday I'm pretty much back on track. I had one incident with a bag of Sour Patch Kids,

but I've moved on and I'm back on track.
Susan- Sounds like you had a nice trip! I know what you mean about the rich foods. It feels so good to wake up this week and not still be full from the night before! I was so bloated over the weekend. It feels good to be back to regular eating.
Angel-Are you hanging in there? They're working you like crazy! Sounds like you're doing great with weight loss, so that's one good thing, right?
canadian mom- I know it's bad, but don't you love when your size matches someone who you thought was sooo skinny before? Tina and I have a sister in law who always flaunted how thin she was when we were pretty big girls and now the tables have turned and she's now in the same size or an even bigger one than we are. I know it's not nice to be like that but...
Tina- Are you doing those weights???
Slimmingworldchick- Sounds like you're doing great so far!

and Good luck!
