Weigh yourself regularly, because it's easier to reverse a 2-pound gain than a 20-pound gain!

Top weight was 149 (although I was 148 when I started), current weight is 131 (honestly, I feel great), goal weight is 120, but my ulitmate goal weight is 110.

I am 5'6.5'' on a good day 5'6'' on most other days.

I live with my mom and sister. (Mom is dieting with me :) )

Arizona, you might have heard of it, its super hot.

Well I really miss Mexican food, but I would have to say, cookies, mmmmm.

uhhh, no.

Eat every couple of hours and keep full so you don't binge, drink a lot of water and Gatorade/Crystal Light. Excercise at least a few minutes every day.

The Netherlands - that's across the pond from the UK for the Americans among you that haven't the foggiest. People living in the Netherlands are called Dutch. And our capital city is Amsterdam. And in Dutch (our language!) we say Nederland, which is why I have to laugh everytime I see you folks talk about " Onederland "

Just one? Hm. I'll name the series then. Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time series is a fav!

I don't know what my highest weight was because for a long time I refused to measure myself because I knew it was bad. I know that I was at least a stone heavier than I am now at one point :o

Current 141lbs, hoping to end up below 120, but I'm just going to wait and see. I just want to be able to look at myself in the mirror again.

3. What's your family situation? Single, live in a lovely student house with my friends

4. Where do you live? London and Birmingham. Being a student I get to come home and mooch off of my parents for several weeks a year :D

During my first pregnancy 8 years ago, I hit 204. With this pregnancy, I hit 195. My top non-pregnant weight is probably 180, which is what I weighed a week after I had my daughter, 6.5 months ago. My weight prior to pregnancy was 142.
My current weight is 153.
My target weight is 125.


2. How tall are you? 5'6"

3. What's your family situation?
Married with two daughters. One is 8 yrs old from a previous relationship, the other is 6 months old. Husband and I have been together 4 years, married 1.5 years.

4. Where do you live?
Gulf Coast of Florida

Top weight is probably 215lbs. Current is 206.5. Target right now is 180, but I think my ultimate, longterm goal right now is 150.

5'3"

I'm a student, so I mostly live at school, but I come home during breaks. I'm the middle of 5 kids. There are weight issues on both sides of my family.
