Happy November!
Goal- 120 lbs at some point again, I have gained back the weight I kept off for five years this past year. I don't know why and it's really frustrating.

Not aiming for a goal, just trying to make teeny lifestyle adjustments that trust will add up (eg - I try to push back my first meal of the day until 12PM and stop eating around 8PM. I try to start the day with a cup of green tea first and only have coffee if I need it...) . Let's get it on, November!

Ok, my goal would be to be back at 110/112 I'm at 127 at minute so a good bit of work to do. I am a bulimic and trying to recover so hoping the accountability of this group will help.
Had a binge today, so will start tomorrow, bring it on!!

I haven't tracked my food in a while and I haven't changed my diet either. I feel like I woke up and found ten pounds. It's incredibly frustrating. If I picked up a donut habit, fine, but I just don't get it.
