Not aiming for a goal, just trying to make teeny lifestyle adjustments that trust will add up (eg - I try to push back my first meal of the day until 12PM and stop eating around 8PM. I try to start the day with a cup of green tea first and only have coffee if I need it...) . Let's get it on, November!
