Still holding at 129.2 My body tends to stay exactly the same and then, BOOM! I will drop a pound. It's weird...but, anyway, I am at 129.2 as I was yesterday. Still in the 120's. Can I see 128? 127? Can I get a 125, please?
I dont plan on rolling out of the 120's (my goal is 123) but thought this thread would be great for inspiration. Its been a few months since I have been in the 120's.
Trying to get back to 118 lbs from this time last year. I did a heavy lifting program, less cardio, got really strong, and gained ten pounds. I'm not happy at all and am done lifting super heavy!
