So im doing this thing where I burn all my carb calories for the day (I know that calories burned during exercise will come from a mix of fat/carbs) but say I eat 100g carbs with 20 g fiber I subtract the fiber and try to burn 320 calories [since each g of carb has 4 calories ] through exercise (usually what I do anyway).
this is something I totally made up no scientific backing except they are several who give advice to eat carbs earlier in the day bc we are more primed to burn carbs then and I limit carbs except for veggies after lunch.
Goal-oriented ended March 31st at 126.4 lbs. Hoping to stay under 125 lbs for April.

hi Feathers! I've not felt like I qualify for a Feather previously, but now i'm feeling like i'm a 'normal' weight and when I get back from this holiday in a couple of weeks, i'll hopefully join you. Having said that, I still have another 10 days of serious holiday temptations to get through first! So far so good and my new jeans are feeling loose and that I've lost weight since I set off (and since I updated my stats) but maybe a wash/tumble dry will quickly sort that out lol!
