I do a whole30 every January for the past few years. I love "reseting" my mind and body especially after all the food and drinks of the holiday season. I usually am good with keeping the habits for about 6 months before I need another mini reset.

Its basically
- no processed foods, no sugar, no grains, no beans, no peanuts, no alcohol
I know it sounds like a lot but there a reasons behind it and they have a planned way to re-introduce them back into your diet if you like. its a great way to learn what affects your body.
I learned that grains totally ruin my sleep quality and I never would have made that connection prior to the whole30 and I sleep like a baby now.
