Checking in for an out of control month
Eating and exercising in a deficit is complete bs, I gained 3 lbs....
Going to try the PIYO home exercise program in addition to my run/walk cardio and Barre class.
Also going back to staying under 1000 cal, shooting for 900's and staying away from energy gels/protein bar's. The energy on the 10k and 5k is gonna suck, but I have to fit in my dress come the 17th...
Goal: recoup losses and get back to 107's.
