    My goals and projections did *NOT* include or anticipate a 2-week plateau. Tried a couple days of fat fasting, upped calories a couple of days, did an egg fast. Scale hasn't budged. I have been away from home a couple of days now and I'm hoping tomorrow morning I will see a good number. Staying strong

    Yes, I need to eat less. I just found an error in my BMR/RMR calculations that threw off all my projections in my spreadsheet - grrrr. Fixed that, and need to adjust my caloric intake if I want to keep losing at a quick pace.

    AND I just realized I posted in Featherweights - I am NO featherweight! Sorry!

    I haven't been able to work out and I've been stressed out of my mind trying to clean out my mom's house, get her moved, find her an apartment, sell the house eventually, deal with contractors, and solve endless problems. I've been eating too much, not sleeping enough and it shows.

    No idea where I ended on this month. Memorial Day weekend led to a bad flare up in my IBS followed by a week of bloating. I then tried to follow a deficit calculation, eating a bit more to have more energy to work out and ended up weighing in at 109.9 on 6-6-17.... /sigh

    Back to staying around 900 and laying off the protein bars ore-exercise.
