What did you get? I love trader joes. Their almond flour is the best. They also have good frozen fruit and vegetables. I get produce there when I can't buy in PA.

It's amazing how you lose weight as fast as you do!

How low are you keeping your carbs/calories?

Its really just bad water retention from pms and traveling.

In order to get weight off quickly I keep my net carbs ~30 and calories ~900, working out 45 mins a day with a mix of cardio and strength and at least 8000 steps a day.

I also drink a gallon of water a day.

Pretty much this for me as well, except I don't always get in those steps (unless it is a run day) or the 45 minutes of strength.
