January results: -7.4 lbs (136.6-->129.2) , Body fat 35--> 28%
February results: -1 lb (129.2 --> 128.2) , Body fat 28 --> 25%

March goal: - 3 lbs (128.2--> 125). I have a trip this month so hopefully I make my goal.

3/2: 128.2
3/3: 128.2
3/8: 130.0 (PMS I think)
3/9: 128.2
3/10: 128.0
3/11: 126.2

Hoping for a snow day....we're supposed to get a blizzard in NY. It was 75 in February, go figure.

Good afternoon, everyone! I'm trapped inside due to the snowstorm, which is giving me a good excuse to finally clean and reorganize my apartment. Ugh. I'm starting to think that reading that Marie Kondo book was a mistake ...
