Weighed myself this morning for the first time this month. So I'm starting today. My goal for this month is just to get back on track after having fallen off the wagon and gaining some weight (15 pounds) back over the last few months. I'd love to be back in the 130's by the end of the month!

March goal - get back in the 130's! I'm going to track my daily calorie intake here as well, for extra accountability. Goal is 1,200 per day.

January results: -7.4 lbs (136.6-->129.2) , Body fat 35--> 28%
February results: -1 lb (129.2 --> 128.2) , Body fat 28 --> 25%

March goal: - 3 lbs (128.2--> 125). I have a trip this month so hopefully I make my goal.

3/2: 128.2

3/8: 130.0 (PMS I think)
