January results: -7.4 lbs (136.6-->129.2) , Body fat 35--> 28%
February results: -1 lb (129.2 --> 128.2) , Body fat 28 --> 25%

March goal: - 3 lbs (128.2--> 125). I have a trip this month so hopefully I make my goal.

I may do a diet reset again to see if I can get my protein and protein+ veggie days to work for me anymore. I was also reading about that Haley pomeroy Fast metabolism diet. Anyone tried that?
