Goal: measurement around belly button to be 33" (currently 33.5", was 36" September last year). However I'm losing too much weight everywhere else and barely anything on my spare tire. I might have to cut back on the diet and concentrate on strengthening my core - not easy when you have fibromyalgia.

June low- 118 lbs, lowest recently 116.8 lbs July 1: 119.0 lbs (LS) Ran 5 miles, hr on elliptical July 2: 118.6 lbs (LS) .5 hr weights/.5 hr elliptical, ate junk July 3: 120.6 lbs (LS) ran 30 min, elliptical 50 min, more bread July 4: 120.2 lbs (LS) burned 500 cal on treadmill, we are heading home July 5: 119.2 lbs (LS) |
