After a week of having tons of company and then next week on vacation, my goal is to 1) sleep, 2) survive, 3) exercise in fun ways, and 4) eat good quality foods that I enjoy (vs the junk food that comes with company). I'm hoping that keeps me around where I am now, but the first half of this month is definitely an escape from my normal!! |
