    Pretty close to ballpark this month. I mean, who can complain at this point. Yay. lol.

    Made one change in the last week or so- I learned finally that I will drink water through a straw! I have NEVER drunk enough water ever. I don't like most straw drinking apparatus as I hate drinking out of plastic things. But recently I found that Ball makes inserts for straws that fit in mason jars and I can do that!! I have been drinking 2 quarts a day without batting an eye. This up from about 10 oz a day. So yay me!

    I can't even with this month... Despite eliminating all sugars again and going on a couple weeks of pure protein to reset, my body is stubbornly hanging onto 105. We will try again next month for maintaining at 104.
