Went out of town for the weekend. Was pretty much only served carbs. Oye. So I'm doing pretty well considering, but my digestion doesn't love me!

I've been keeping my intake at 1200 for the weekdays and not really keeping track on the weekends, just trying to feel about as full as weekdays, with a tad more snacking and splurging. I'm really fine at hovering around just under 105 as a goal. I'm just going really slowly and seeing where I end up over time, eating close to normally during the week and normally on the weekends.

… I have no idea what's going on (I guess a whoosh?) but I'm really scared that I'm somehow super dehydrated (despite drinking a lot of water) and it'll all come back and I'm not *really* 140 pounds… but… whatever.

Oh Feathers, it has been bad recently...
There is no "slight derailment", I am completely off the rails (more to be discussed in an upcoming chat thread). My weight keeps creeping up even after the holidays. I am now 11+ pounds more than I was in September.

Oh well. Committing to reversing this trend.

Sticking to the facts:
December, was up a few pounds (was also up a few pounds in November) but averaged most of the month around 138 pounds despite crazy over-eating. That is until I weighed in on Dec 25 at 142.6.

I have kind of given up on weighing since then but I have a few sporadic data points. I'm going to try to at least get back to weighing regularly.

January Goal: 138

Jan 2 - 139.8
Jan 4 - 141.0
Jan 11 - 143.0
Jan 12 - 143.4! UGH
