  • Thanks for starting the thread, Kristi! I'm so glad we're into November. This is a magical time of year!

    Starting weight: 108.6 (last unofficial weigh-in, 10/31/15)

    Goal: Lose at least a tenth of a pound a week, going no lower than a healthy BMI of 18.5. Daily calories 1200, plus "free" 1/2 cup frozen blueberries. Sunday is an "up" day, with unlimited calories, if goal for week is met (otherwise 2400 calories)!

  • Already having issues with the new rules. There is no way I want to pay, calorie-wise, for pomegranate juice and greens. SO...halved the pj serving to 1/4 cup a day, and made the greens serving ONE and not UP TO A WHOLE BAG, and both of those are free. Made the 1/2 cup blueberries NOT free, and am willing to pay for that (40 cals).
