Hi Feathers, I know this is the last day for the October weigh in thread, but now that I'm within 5 pounds of a healthy BMI, I'm feeling like I'm closer to a feather (i.e. only vanity weight really, not so much health or other reasons to lose) so I'm joining in with a summary:

Gained .3 pounds from last month. Will be changing approach going forward. Will still get 1200 calories a day, but won't add over 200 calories of "free" foods to that, just 40 for frozen blueberries. Formerly "free" foods will be included in the calorie count. Hopefully, that will change the calorie count enough to make weight loss easier. I can do the hunger part, but i guess I was just trying to see what I could get away with! In contradiction to what Fran says on The Nanny, the body DOES know! :lol: |
