So we have a new scale! One that I think is correct. Unfortunately, I learned that the scale that I was using was probably off by about 3-4 lbs, so my new weigh goes something like this:
9/7- 163.5 9/9- 161.5 9/11- 158.6 More weight than I thought, but at least I don't have to look at the numbers and wonder how accurate they are Hunger- I do use the MyFitnessPal app for most calorie items but I usually self-verify for restaurants and and similar by checking the websites. I also give myself a slight margin by allowing myself to go slightly over my calorie budget, since I know that I overestimate the calories. But yes, the pumpkin muffin at Dunkin'- given the size and the toppings- is 550 |

Hi. I am new to this thread. I have been up and down my whole life. Sometimes in the past quite high. Right now I need to lose 6 lbs. but if I do not find a way to stop the upward trend, it will be a lot more. Plus, cold weather is almost here. And my jeans do not fit anymore.
