Lowest weight for August: 104.2
Goal: Eventually get back to 104.2! And then on to 101.5, the lowest healthy weight for my height (5'2"). 9/1: No weigh in, as I didn't take a scale with me. 9/2: 114.2 9/3: 112.15 9/4: 111.1 9/5: 111.55 9/6: No official weigh-in, as long as I'm above goal - 109.55 9/7: 111.8 9/8: 111.9 9/9: 111.6 9/10: 110.35 9/11: 109.4 9/12: 109.8 9/13: No official weigh-in - 108.8 9/14: 108.8 9/15: 109.2 9/16: 108.9 (continuing the "108-109 Cha Cha"! ) 9/17: 109.05 9/18: 107.15 9/19: 108.1 Unofficial weigh-in for Sunday, September 20: 107.35 (yay! Lost for the week. I added a couple of temporary free foods this week - dates and quinoa/ferro - because I'm not going to waste them, and I'll never eat them if they're not free, lol. As mentioned before, I gave up fasting on Saturdays. I'm less willing these days to be more hungry than I have to. If I get above 110, I think I'll take emergency measures, but we'll see. Speaking of which, I'm still not exercising. My life is so full of cool stuff to do that I'm not making time for it. Maybe this week? I'm not going to sweat this gain, just see what happens as time goes on. I think once the free foods are gone, the upswing will be, too. :D |

Goal met! After two months of a very slow progress and barely reaching my monthly goal i'm very happy. Weight dropped significantly 57.9 kg (127.6 lbs) to my lowest 55.9 kg (123.2 lbs), avarage being 56.6 kg (124.7 lbs). I realized that i drop much more weight if i do cardio or no workout at all as opposed to strength training which leaves me on the same weight (maybe because of muscle inflammation?). I also finally managed to do almost a full bar chin-up (from standing position) and 2 half-bar-pull-ups if i jump a bit :D Next month's goal will be my dream goal 55kg/121lbs, after that - maintenance and upping my strength training. This month's total workout (if i don't workout tonight) => 685min (ok, considering i was sick for over a week) |

Hopefully lot's of labor and sweat and I'm not one of those women who sits back and watches the men do the work, I'm right in there lifting with them. Hoping that Sunday's weight is low! 9/29- 153.8 (Scale didn't get unpacked until Monday) Happy National Coffee Day! 9/30- 155 And... so ends September. Getting back down to 155 was not bad, even if I didn't make it to my goal. I still lost about 8 lbs by reigning myself in Goal for End of September: 152 |

I think I am looking at setting a longterm goal of being/maintaining "less than 130 pounds" by the end of the year.... for my sanity, I think I have to give up on ever being in the mid-120s or less again.
