Not feeling as self-conscious when I leave the house each morning. This is still something I need to work on, but knowing I'm fitter and healthier each day gives me more confidence.

The best thing is looking better in pictures. The thing that started my weight loss journey was a picture and now it is so nice to not have to hide from the camera

Feeling better when I see myself naked, definitely! And the confidence boost!

I like getting more proportional in my measurements so I do not have to make clothing decisions. I am bottom heavy carrying weight where pear shaped bodies in hips and thighs. I like being more proportional so I can buy a normal size and quit being inbetween sizes. I hope to reduce my multiple sizes by quit yoyoing and fitting into one size pants.
