yesterday was a big event where I'd been part of the planning committee. I walked 25,000 steps between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm! That's more steps than I had the day before, after running 8 miles and various errands! Today I'm sore like after a big workout (there was also a big of lifting involved).
omnomgirl, it may be water, but it's always fun to lose water rather than gain it!
Changed goal from half a pound a week to point four pounds. Also lowered down day calories by 50 calories. Still, of course, keeping weekly calories at 7700, lowest healthy number of calories for my weight, height, and activity level.
Bought a scale that shows weight to a tenth of a pound, since loss is sooo slow.
3/22 - 116.85 (averaging on two scales); 3/23 - 114.3; 3/24 - 112.5; 3/25 - 111.3.
Hoping not to have to fast tomorrow to reach goal, and even hope to make it a day early (Thursday)!
I'm still chugging along here! :P Still weighing in everyday, but I've been cycling up and down the same .25 pounds so it didn't seem worth posting lol. the only new thing in my routine is doing yoga 2x times a week.
I'm hoping once my TOM is over I'll start losing again.

My week has been mad-crazy. It's my first week at work and my son's first week at child care and we had a bunch of evening activities this week, plus the few things I had to do for my job (fingerprinting, CPR).
So, 3/26 weigh in came in at exactly 157. Considering it was all calorie counting this week- no exercise as I try to re-balance my life with work, school and a toddler- I'm happy with that. I think that this job may help me lose weight, because there aren't any opportunities for grazing, I bring my own healthy lunch and snacks and I eat a good breakfast. I've been averaging about 1200 calories a day, without feeling hungry.
Hunger, dessert nachos are tortillas that are rolled in cinnamon sugar- not sure if they are baked or fried, but probably fried- and topped with ice cream, whipped cream and chocolate syrup.

Official last weigh-in for March: 3/27 - 109.7
So, even after exercising for two hours on Thursday morning, I had to fast the whole day, but did reach goal this (Friday) morning without any additional exercise. What a relief!
Although I will get all of my medically-recommended calories in the week, I did cut the down day calories to 470. No free calories. And I STILL had to exercise for TWO hours and FAST on Thursday. Do we have a pulling-the-hair-out emoticon??
This coming week, I will lower that by 50 calories, to 420. I don't like exercising my brains out and I don't like truly fasting all day. Then, after I lose point four pounds for the week, up days are fairly healthy all-you-can-eats buffets!

my lowest weight of the month! I don't expect to lose that 1.25lbs in the next four days, but maybe I'll be in the 120s the first week of april.
Not official weigh-in day, but this morning the scale said 156!
Woot!
This means I'm only 1 lb away from my end-of-March goal of 155 and while I don't anticipate losing another lb in four days, 1 lb seems better than 2 lbs.
Also, I got up and ran this morning. Only made 1 mile (thank you seasonal allergies) in 14 minutes. Not horrible for a beginner, but not as well as I've been doing.
