Sorry, I'm back to low carb eating, so I can't help you.

I have to pay bills today, ugh. :(

Hello everyone, I was here a few years ago and have put a bit of weight back on, so here I am again. I think stress and boredom eating are the main things I need to stop doing, plus generally being sensible about portion sizes and snacking. I do at least eat healthily already, I did fine with calorie counting last time.

Happy April! I'm on Day 5 and still On Plan. I almost strayed off into a late night binge but one of my Beck Program strategies helped me pull out of a tailspin and the total damage was 150 cal over plan. I can deal with that and keep going.

Today is a stressful business trip but I have a plan in place for the "RoadFood", hoping for a happy weigh-in Saturday.

Might do an intermittent fast on Friday.

Wishing everyone a great day!

I figured out how to get an avatar picture. :coffee:

I am not admitting to how long it took to lose the 30 pounds. :o

I can feel chunks of my body gone again, I really love that. My skin does feel more squishy, probably because of my age. It might tighten up in a few years, I don't really care as long as I am skinnier. ;)

Esofia - so glad you're here! :wel3fc: Healthy eating is definitely a super-solid foundation for everything else. :)

Spanky - way to stay on plan! :carrot: Would you mind sharing your strategy? Sounds helpful! ;)

Dynxagain - good-looking out with the new avatar! :D And congrats on the thirty pounds. It definitely took me years to lose that much!

Today is my usual day for my Intermittent Fast, it being Good Friday helps, of course. Weigh-In tomorrow.

Best to everyone for a great, OP day!

Last night I was laying in bed and I ran my hand over my belly and it was gone! I sat right up in bed and there it was back again. I have had my belly for 9 years at least. I am so thrilled to at least feel it gone. Plus I'm starting to see my hip bone, when I lay on my side. Whee!

Doncha love these various triumphs? And they add up more and more as we move along! :carrot: :broc: :cb:

Weigh In this morning was 129.5--just across the line out of the 130's and I'm delighted. This is the Battle Zone for me because I'm constantly bouncing in and out of the 120's.

My goal is to go slow and steady so I don't start feeling overly deprived and ditch the plan. Tonight I know what I'm going to eat and have been on plan all day, so a good day.

Hooray for hip bones!

Just a quick drive-by to wish you all :easter2:

Have a nice day :egg:

Happy Easter/Happy Passover to all!

I've written out my strategy for mid-day brunch today and feel prepped for staying On Plan today. No Chocolate Bunnies in the house to jump me when I get home!

My Sunday Brunch plan worked despite some glitches provided by rude, loutish BIL. Because of him, a 1 hour gig went 4 hours long and I was well into near frantic hunger by the time we got home. I used coffee and my Beck Hunger Tolerance skills to make it home to my pre-planned meal with no slip ups. On Plan the rest of the day.

Whew! No BLT salad ever tasted so good as it did once I sat down to it that afternoon!

Hoping everyone here has a great Monday!

"No Chocolate Bunnies in the house to jump me when I get home!"

:lol::lol: Never give up, never surrender Give yourself a star for dealing with BIL

Esofia Welcome

I used to carry a thermos of hot water and a boullian cube, just in case. When I counted calories. I still find boullian cubes in the bottom of my purses. :)
