I wish I could exercise more! We've been walking more in the evenings, but with a 3 year old, so I don't know how intense that is! The last two days have been so hot during lunch that I just can't and come back to work. Maybe tomorrow? I think 124 is turning into another plateau. I don't want it though!!! So I'll keep plugging along!

I'm finally done traveling and hosting company the next 2 weeks! I do my official weigh ins on the weekends (when I can get a good "empty" weight IYKWIM), but can't do that when I'm gone on the weekends! Time to buckle down and make goal!

Anyone use a site like this one http://www.healthcentral.com/diet-ex...3.html?ic=4004 to calculate where you hope to land? According to them, my ideal weight is between 108-118 lbs. I would say that's pretty accurate. C'mon scale... time for some more dropping!

Just realized that my % loss is right now at 20% total bodyweight! Whooohooo!!!

Yes- 124 was a sticky point for me!!!

Here is from the June weigh in thread:
<<<6/12- 124.9
6/13- 122.9 traveling- different scale
6/14- 123.9 still traveling
6/15- 124.3
6/16- 124.6
6/17- 124.4
6/18- 123.3 FINALLY.
6/19- 124.3????>>>

If I discount the two weights that were while traveling, the 124's haunted me for a while! But keep pushing through! You're almost there!

120.6 this morning!

eta- later on it was 120.4! That's probably my last official weigh in for the month, as I really can't get a good "empty" weight on a weekday. Wow, the pounds are more of a struggle at this level!

I can't believe that I'm this close to rolling out! Of course, TOM is quickly approaching, and I am not sure that I'll make it out of here before that has me at a standstill for a bit. We shall see!

Still on the brink here. 120.3 this morning. But I am super bloated and pms ish. I'm about to be doing tons of traveling again so it'll be a few weekends in a row of not super official weigh ins. Oh well.
