I mixed a low carb diet with military diet foods and I lost weight. I am 125 now. :dancer: I'm in the mid 120's now!
skittles and eli--Your body is just taking a break, it's a lot of work losing weight. Just keep going Never give up or it's back to fat land. And you don't deserve to be there, not after all you have been through, so climb back on that horse. I know you can keep going the distance. Try other things maybe, but keep chipping away at those last few, miserable to lose, pounds. This is for keeping going. :bravo::cheer2::cheer3::carrot: |

Anyone else noticed how your belly gets jiggly-fat a day or two before you lose inches there. |
