I mixed a low carb diet with military diet foods and I lost weight. I am 125 now. :dancer: I'm in the mid 120's now!

skittles and eli--Your body is just taking a break, it's a lot of work losing weight. Just keep going Never give up or it's back to fat land. And you don't deserve to be there, not after all you have been through, so climb back on that horse. I know you can keep going the distance. Try other things maybe, but keep chipping away at those last few, miserable to lose, pounds. This is for keeping going. :bravo::cheer2::cheer3::carrot:

Gained 6 pounds overnight. Lesson learned. Do not mix diets!

I am feeling depressed, but hey, it was fun experimenting. Now I have to pay the price. :(

Going back to the drawing board. Starting over. Ugh a lot of gain back, but still in the 120's so far. :(

Time for a little fun today. Starting fun exercise, if I can still do it. :p

127.4 not sure what's happening but I'm rolling with it and happy.i will be happier when I see inches going down though

Back to 128.0 today. I give myself an inch and I take a mile. Can't seem to slow down the eating. Ugh! :(

Skittles-:congrat: on tape measurements. Best way to lose. Globs of fat gone forever. Peeling down to You.

Anyone else noticed how your belly gets jiggly-fat a day or two before you lose inches there.
