Oh, dear... I'm back again!

I'm an old-timer around here. I come and go as the scale goes up and down. :o Hope you don't mind me joining in, as I am definitely up!

2/9: 134.8

I'm definitely in my "water weight" stage this early in the week. I only compare my end-of-the-week weight with the previous week's final weight (from Saturday), and go for a half-pound loss based on that. I guess we all have our own special systems! :D

1/31/15 - 113.4
2/2/15 - 118.5 (this is what I get for weighing myself after two "Up Days," which were 3000 calories or more EACH - food baby of over 5 lbs! But that's actually typical, and will be dispatched.)
2/3/15 - 116.6
2/4/15 - 116.2
2/5/15 - 115.4
2/6/15 - 114.8
2/7/15 - 112.8 (lots of walking/jogging/chores to get to this, lol.)
2/10/15 - 116.3
2/11/15 - 115.8

I was sick yesterday and barely ate, so I think this number represents an empty gut more than any real weight loss. But I'll enjoy it anyway. ;)

I lost a LOT of weight when I was sick one time. That's how I know what I would look like at a low (but safe) BMI. I enjoyed the heck out of that (except for the being sick part - it's amazing how a weight loss will cheer one up!). Hope you're feeling better. :)

2/12/15 - 114.7 - Was trying to have my 600-calorie IF meal this morning, rather than this evening, but forgot the sausage (who forgets sausage?), so I could have a better weigh in tomorrow. Oh, well, at least I got a nice big salad tonight to make up those 170 calories. :)
