I've studied nutrition - not formally - so that's my excuse for taking lots of vitamins. Because we have trillions of cells, that are like little factories with many different departments, I think we need an optimum number of nutrients. And we can't always get those from what we eat - again, imo.

I take about 20 things. That includes a multi, fish oil, probiotic, turmeric, pomegranate, acai, glucosamine, MSM, cayenne, kelp, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin C, biotin, hawthorn, and some others. I'm kind of a cheapskate, so I wouldn't take them unless I thought they did a LOT of good! ;)

Oh, and I'm adding another - bioperine. It's black pepper, and it makes the vitamins you take more bioavailable. And it's super cheap! :carrot:
