Kifli-Thanks! It was a great day

Well TOM is in full swing. Stayed away from cake yesterday but did have a little extra calorie wise. For a birthday though I'd say I did pretty well I've adjusted my calories and am trying to eat more "evenly" to try and avoid bingeing which is what seems to happen when I try to stick to 1200-1300. I'm always able to for 4-5 days but then binge massively. I'm hoping 1500 will be a good choice for now.

Jiff - I understand. Seems like when I work my patooty off, the patooty stays! Hope your numbers come back down soon!

Dottington - Sounds like a good strategy and very doable

Down 1/2 pound today. I exercised again yesterday (light). The weight just doesn't seem to fall off the same when I do physical labor. So weird.

    kifli-You're doing so well!

I think its sodium bloat from this snack mix I was eating, I threw it all out this morning. I really can't have anything tempting in the house right now since my will power is shot from this rush of hormones from the new bc.

Took a 'free day' yesterday. Ate around 2000 calories, worked out hard. Will cut calories the next 3 days, then stay o/p until Christmas

    Dottington - Thank you
And good job throwing out the salty stuff.
My free day had a lot of salt in it as well, thus the weight gain.
    Have a lovely weekend!

Yes! Have thankfully worked off 2lbs of the Thanksgiving gain. Finally back to my normal eating routine. 4lbs till I'm back at my lowest weight. So far the 1500 calories is working really well. Haven't binged in over a week
