Have you tried to lose weight before? If not, you might have pretty quick results. My progress is quite slow, but as I have just aged out of my 30s, I have encountered age/hormone-related issues. I just keep plugging along and honestly if I did everything I "should" be doing (not binging on junk food, exercising occasionally) I think I would find my goals attainable
