Happy to report that I reached my March goal of losing 8 pounds. But only just barely!
My goal for April is going to be to lose 6-7 pounds. I think as I get closer to goal it is reasonable to lower my weight loss expectations in accordance with my fat/weight ratio. I can't expect to lose 2-3 pounds a week right up to maintenance, and then suddenly stop losing. It doesn't work like that, does it? lol I wish it did.
I will join everyone in the April Feathers thread when it's up and running.
