Lightbulb Lets start again......

Ok I have been on my plateau for like 5 weeks now and its driving me mad!
I have put inches on and even some weight even though i have been super strict with my calories and workouts so im trying something new:

1. cut out ALL sugar and white carbs for at least 2 weeks, then slowly wean myself back on them - if i notice a weight gain then I know its the sugars and carbs and i will cut them out forever.

2. Change my workout routine - weights 3 times a week and cardio 3 times a week - dont over do it just to burn calories

3. Cut out dairy - switching to soy milk may make a difference

4. stop weighing myself daily (sometimes twice a day) just come to terms with the fact the weight wont change over night

5. drink more green teas and less coffee

6. and start my at home weight tracker again so i focus more on losing the last few pounds and i keep more motivated.

lol this looks more like a detox now that its all laid down (maybe not such a bad thing)
Do you guys agree with my plan or will i just be hindering myself by cutting out so much foods? (I'm vegatarian too so no meat either)

I'm also a terrible plateau'er, and one big thing that helps is throwing in a few seriously butt-kicking workouts a week. I mean, do something insane like start running stairs for 20 minutes, or add in heavy weights. Also, sometimes it's the calories. Just gotta suck it up and take them real low for like a week or something -- this is what I'm struggling to do right now.

I cant to too much exercises as i have torn my latissimus Dorsi and am in alot of pain. When its healed i will kick it up a gear but i dont want to do too much damage for the sake of losing a couple pounds.
I am struggling with my calorie intake too - either im way under or way over, cant seem to get to the middle ground
