just got a scale, weighed less than I thought yay!
After gaining 12 "happy pounds" from my new marriage and sporadically dieting
to try and lose a little weight here and there. I am FINALLY serious about losing this weight. I'm tired of letting my weight control my emotions. "Oh, my jeans that used to fit now have a gross muffin top, I'm going to be mad and angry for days." I'm tired of it.
I am a 'Monday Starter" for dieting so I've been doing really good so far. Even when my husband made pizza. Ugh, so good. I didn't eat his crust the way I normally do (yay me!)
So I ordered a scale from Amazon, and it came yesterday. I weighed and was 5lbs less than what I thought I was weighing (yay again!) It was motivating to say the least. My first goal is 130, then I'll try for 120.
I weighed 141 the doctor's office, my eye opener, so when I bought my scale I was expecting the same number. Low and behold it was less. Though I had been dieting a little. Not healthily, cutting cal's to less than a thousand. Yikes I know. So I'm trying to do 1200 a day w/ cardio and more food!
