  • Seems like that this thread is more active than the other get me out of the 130's, So if you don't mind ladies, I will join you over here.

    139.6 this am. I am hoping that I won't bounce back to the 140's...it all depends if I can keep my paws of the Easter candy
  • 5'3, 136 pounds. Had four days off track Today was my first day of sticking to plan!!! When I really try, I tend to lose around 5 pounds a month.

    May: 135
    June: 130
    July: 125
    August: 120
    September (my birthday): 115
  • I am surprised that I stayed below 140. I had a huge Caesar Salad for lunch that was dripping with dressing; sodium overload! Maybe without the salad I could be lower today...hmmm...tomorrow will show.

    Yay for a high sodium day and staying below 140! Maybe that means you will be here for GOOD this time. ... Until you get to 129.9, that is.

    I am back up to 137.2 this morning. Today is a DownDay so I expect it will be a bit lower tomorrow. JUDDD is like that.

    I've been in lurk mode recently in this forum, but still trying to do my thing. The up side is that I'm exercising consistently for the first time since I left team sports after fall of my sophomore year of high school (which is about 13 years now. Eeeek.) I'm Irish dancing 3 times a week now and preparing to enter my first feis after a year of doing it once every week or two very recreationally, on top of my other exercise the rest of the week.

    But...I've been hit or miss with my calorie restriction and over the long hall have been hitting my maintenance calories. So still not saying see ya to the 130's, but I'm still working on it!
  • Had a bad day yesterday...all sodium. Plus I volunteered all day, and that meant sitting for 6-8 hours which in turn made me bloated. -- Anyone else suffer from this? -- If I sit for a lengthy period of time I always gain 2-3 pounds. I don't sit very much on a typical day. Once a week I sit all day and even though I fast on those days, I am always heavier on the following day

  • I have been off-plan (nothing too bad, but not sticking to my plan, either) for about a week. I'm back on plan today so I will weigh in tomorrow and hopefully will have some not-too-scary results. Ugh!

    I finally dropped some weight for the first time in ages. I actually didn't believe the scale and weighed myself two more times! Finally back down to 136 lbs!
  • PMS is upon me and it's been a rough few days. My appetite is up, my energy levels are down, and the cravings are putting me through the ringer. Being right before Easter, there have been sooooo many goodies that I've inhaled. Foods I normally wouldn't look twice at. And between being a busy holiday week and feeling exhausted most evenings when I get home, I haven't done a workout since Monday. Bleh.

    Despite all that, I'm starting to feel more like myself again tonight. I'm getting ready to do a workout before dinner and I didn't indulge my cravings nearly as much as I used to. And! My morning weigh-ins have been in the 135 range (135.0 to 135.8) for seven consecutive days. This is a first for me so hurray for progress!
  • Getting back with the program, down to 136.8. So, not too much damage done falling off the diet wagon this week.

    I have to get to 135 by Tuesday for my official weigh-in on another site. Think I can do it?
  • New low These 130's are flying by. I went through my closet yesterday and all of my 6's are starting to fit. Another 5 pounds and they will be perfect! I was so happy. I have been shopping 6's all winter long; building my wardrobe.
