atmos, I got down to 135 in december but have been struggling to get below that because of winter laziness as well lol

Thats a great begining, that you are already tracking your cals! And exercising. Me too, this time around i started tracking cals but i was going over a few days and just not perfect... if i must say! Execise wise i didnt have problems keeping at it, either.
Dont get discouraged! Keep at it, you are on the righ track. Eventually your food blog will balanced out too.

I don't know exactly where I am because I haven't weighed myself for a week, I don't like seeing daily fluctuations because it makes me less motivated when the scale doesn't change! The next time I will weigh myself is april 11th. I am hoping that when I weigh myself I will have "slingshotted myself through the lower half of the 130's and will be in the 120's!!!! That would be exciting. I am doing a grape fast until april 11th, so the challenge will be to keep off what I've lost! But I have a lot of motivation at the moment, so hopefully it doesn't waiver.

Lurking a bit, looking for inspiration. I "live" on the Beck Thread but thought I'd come visiting since my push is to get out of the 130's.
Doing Beck, Calorie Counting with 2 Fast Days [500 cal], light weights and Elliptical Tech Desk at work for some exercise. Weigh-In Day is Saturday mornings.
Today is an UpDay (a high calorie day on my diet) so I might creep back up into the 140's tomorrow morning, but I'll be back down by Monday. I expect a new low weight again soon so I can be solidly in the 130's with no bouncebacks.
