Hurray for being on plan!!!
I'm kind of in an unfortunate free-fall at the moment, but have cut out the unhealthy behavior, which is definitely an improvement. I'm kind of disappointed in myself for falling back into old patterns, but I suppose I'm glad that it didn't get as bad as it could have.

I'm planning on trying lamb in the slow cooker for Easter lunch. Trying to stay away from restaurants during the holiday, though the cheesecake factory does do a good brunch.

How was line dancing?

I had the hardest day today, but I tried to distract myself with anything that I could. Finally bought myself a nonfat latte and that made the cravings go away. I felt like the latte was a treat, yet it's only 100 cals.

I went on the elliptical and walked the mall tonight, too. Also did some yoga poses. I made it through another day!

Thanks, Tyla!!!! And right back atcha!!! Despite not getting to "goal" and the unhealthy food behaviors, I feel like this was a really good Lent season. So bravo to us!!! And will see you in the next 100%!!!
